Program Summary

We are honored to welcome Mark Handler, a renowned polygraph examiner with many years of experience conducting and researching polygraph and polygraph administration. Registration will run from 8:00 am to 9:00 am each morning with lectures starting promptly at 9:00 am.

Mark Handler is an independent polygraph instructor, consultant, and expert in the field of poly-graph. He serves on the board of the American Polygraph Association (APA) and American Associa-tion of Policy Polygraphists (AAPP) and has published over 50 scientific articles on the topic of poly-graph and credibility assessment.
Mark served as a Deputy Sheriff in Conroe County, Texas, is a veteran of the U.S. Navy nuclear power program and is a former submarine sailor. Mark serves on the Converus Technical Advisory Board, an unpaid position.

It is 13 years in the making and is the first ocular-motor deception test (ODT) solution for deception detection. EyeDetect was developed by the same scientists credited with computerizing polygraph in 1991. It is an accurate, cost effective, efficient and nonintrusive method for organizations to manage risk and ensure work place integrity, for law enforcement agencies and government to detect deception. The company Converus (“with truth”) is currently headquartered in Utah.
